Rich has been a California real estate broker for over 20 years and holds a law degree as well as a PhD. His background in law as well as experience in real estate is extremey valuable during short sale closings to ensure the homeowner is protected.

Simon White - Marketing Strategist & Negotiation Coordinator
Simon has a background in real estate investing and is an expert in short sale transactions.  With over 10 years of experience in the real estate investing field he is the team’s Marketing Strategist.  He will meet the bank’s representative at your home to ensure that a reasonable fair market price is placed on the home so house can be sold.  Beyond the MLS listing, Simon uses his depth of knowledge of internet marketing to get the property found in the region and throughout the country.

Julie Fontaine – Strategist & Short Sale Coordinator

Julie is the principal strategist for the short sale team and area coordinator.  She has trained short sale negotiators, agents, and coordinators throughout Southern California. On the team, she also researches and publishes information relating to short sales – including legislative changes, short sale policy, and individual bank short sale procedures.

Amanda White – Realtor® & Homeowner Advisor
Amanda is a real estate agent and Realtor®, and is the principal advisors to homeowners throughout the short sale process.  She works with you directly to ensure a seamless short sale process, and keep you informed as updates are available.

Kelly Douglas – Document & Closing Coordinator
You will get to know Kelly throughout the short sale process.  Kelly works with the homeowners in collecting bank required paperwork, as well as all closing documentation.

When potential buyers need a loan to purchase the property, we refer the buyers to Rob.  As a loan officer he can pre-qualify the perspective buyers to make sure they are qualified to purchase the property.  When it is time to close the transaction Rob works with the buyers to get them into a good loan.   In certain circumstances, a homeowners that completes a short sale can qualify for a new loan in 2 years.  Rob has been able to get short sale homeowners into new loans.   

Stephanie Stevens – Escrow Agent & Coordinator
As the short sale is ready to close, Stephanie steps in an is the principal coordinator with the lender, to make sure all required documentation is reviewed and received.
