Amanda – Office Mananger and Real Estate Agent. Amanda keeps the team working smoothly in our office operations. She is also a key real estate agent that lists many of our short sales, not brought in by other agents. She is adept at working with homeowners to help them understand the short sale process.
Julie – Co-Owner ,Short Sale Specialist and VP of Customer Relations.
In 2008 Julie published the book “Homeowner’s Guide to Avoiding Forclosure – Strategies and Solutions” – now available on Amazon.com. As co-founder of the corporation she has been involved with short sales since the inception of the short sale market in San Diego. She has been a real estate professional for over 6 years.
Simon – Co-Owner and VP of Marketing
Sandi – Senior Short Sale specialist. Sandi is one of our key bank negotiators in all of our transactions. Her understanding of bank mentality, and when to escalate to get the file closed has been key in our successful short sales.
Ted - Loan Modification Negotiating Team Leader. Ted is a former loss mitigator in the foreclosure department of several banks. He knows and understands what banks are looking for.

Steve – Legal Counsel. With any real estate transaction, and particularly with homeowners facing foreclosure, we want our homeowners to understand their rights and obligations. Steve provides us legal councel and is available to consult with homeowners.
